Jessica Alba is currently gracing the September cover of Allure Magazine – and we wanted to take a moment and tell you why this “Babe, Mogul, Force of Nature” (their words, but we agree with them!) exemplifies our salon culture and ideals.
When we first started the transition from Stewart & Company to Craig Stewart, our marketing team asked us a fantastic question – if we could pick anyone to be the spokesperson for our salon, who would it be; and why? We did them one better and picked two! Mark Ruffalo and Jessica Alba. But more on Mark Ruffalo later, because as this cover story goes to show – Jessica Alba is having a moment right now!
There is just so much that this incredible woman has achieved, but it all goes back to her roots in film. As Allure is quick to point out, Jessica Alba is best known for her superhero roles in action films – you might remember her roles in “Fantastic Four” and “Little Fockers,” as well as television series like “Dark Angel,” “The Office” and “Entourage.” But this Golden Globe nominated actress is also a wife and mother, which led her to co-found The Honest Company in order to give her children “the best possible start”.
Jessica Alba is also actively involved with charities such as Safer Chemicals Healthy Families, ONE, Habitat for Humanity, Project HOME and more. And through it all, she looks FABULOUS.
